The YEAH! Annual Meeting is the project’s yearly in-person gathering, bringing together all consortium partners for the General Assembly, alongside dedicated work package meetings. This key event provides a structured forum to review the overall progress of the project, discuss upcoming milestones, and ensure alignment across scientific, technical, and management activities.

The programme combines plenary sessions with focused discussions, including the General Assembly, parallel and dedicated work package meetings addressing cross-cutting topics.

Registration is mandatory for all participants and must be completed by January 16, 2026.

To register:

1. Access the registration page of this website.

2. If you do not already have one, create a SciencesConf account (or log in to your existing HAL or SciencesConf account).

3. Once logged in, register for the YEAH! Annual Meeting & General Assembly by completing and submitting the event registration form.

Please note that creating a SciencesConf account does not automatically register you for the event. Registration is only confirmed once the event registration form has been submitted.

In case of any change in your participation, you may update your registration directly on the registration page until the registration deadline.

Travel and accommodation arrangements

Project partners are responsible for organising and financing their own travel and accommodation using the budget allocated within the project. Participants are kindly invited to make their arrangements in accordance with their institution’s internal rules.

The meeting venue is easily accessible by public transport. Practical information on access, recommended routes, and local transportation will be provided on this page ahead of the event.

The meeting is intended for all YEAH! project partners, including Work Package leaders and contributors.

Members of the Scientific and Industrial Advisory Board and the president of the Ethics Advisory Board will also participate in the general assembly.
